•               Payments are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

•               If a technical error prevents service delivery, you may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.

•               In the event of a missed appointment, the user may request a rescheduling to the next available date and time. However, failure to attend the rescheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the booking, and no further appointments will be considered under the same payment.
